A CBSE workshop on the topic of ‘Happy Classrooms’ was conducted for the entire staff in the school premises on the 23 of February 2024.
The resource persons for the course were Ms Charu Johar and Ms Shruti Pandey. They spoke about ‘Promoting Mental Health and Well Being among students’. The workshop aimed at making the teachers capable of understanding and recognising the common emotional and behavioural problems in children and strategies and support to deal with them.
The workshop entailed the teachers to participate in a number of activities that involved enactment, writing a piece of poetry around a given problem, poster making etc. Overall the teachers made and were encouraged to motivate the children to draft their own happiness formula.
