Those born between 1st April 2007 to 31st March 2008

(Minimum Age: 4 years old as on 31st, March 2012)

Since Loreto Convent School is built on Defence land, by terms of its Lease it has to reserve

70 %  of the available seats for the children of Defence Personnel and Cantonment Residents.

For remaining 30% of seats the criteria is as follows:

• 50% for Roman Catholics and Christians  (14 Seats)
• 25% for E.W.S     (7Seats)
• 15% for Siblings (4 Seats)
• 10% for General Category(including Alumini)  (2 Seats)           

Dates for Registration Forms

Forms to be filled up in school  hence original documents along with photocopies  of the same to be brought to the school

• Defence Personnel -     2^nd January,2012 -   9 a.m to 11.30 a.m.
• Cantt Residents     -      3^rd January 2012 -    9 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
• Christians               -      4^th January 2012 -    9.a.m to 11.30 a.m.
• Sibling/E.W.S/General Category/Alumini- 5^th January,2012 - 9 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.

Mandatory documents to be brought for the different categories

      1. Defence Personnel-

                                            a. Original and attested copy of birth certificate

                                            b. Original and attested copy of letter from the serving unit

                                            c. Original Identity card for checking.

                                            d. Recent photograph of the child.

      2. Cantt Residents -   

                                            a. Original and attested copy of birth certificate

                                            b. Proof of residence for the last 2 years

                                            c. Original and attested copy of Voters Card

                                            d. Original & attested copy of Ration Card in father’s name.

                                            e. Recent photograph of the child. 

      3. Roman Catholics & Christians-

                                           a. Original and attested copy of birth certificate

                                           b. Original and attested copy of Baptism certificate of the child  

                                           c. Original and attested copy of Practising christians for two years

                                           d. Recent Photograph of the child.

                                           e.Original and attested copy of Voters Card

      4. For Siblings-                    

                                           a. Original and attested copy of birth certificate

                                           b. Original and attested copy of Fee slip or Report card

                                           c. Recent Photograph of the child.

                                           d. Original and attested copy of Voters Card

     5.  For E.W.S category –

                                          a. Original and attested copy of birth certificate

                                           b. Original and attested copy of Salary slip

                                           c. Original and attested copy of a certificate from

                                                Sub- divisional  magistrate of the locality.

                                           d. Recent Photograph of the child.

                                           e. Original and attested copy of Voters Card       

      6. For  General Category/Alumini -      

                                           a. Original and attested copy of Board Certificate

                                           b. Original & attested copy of character certificate issued by this school.  

                                           c. Recent Photograph of the child.

                                           d. Original and attested copy of Voters Card.

·       Original documents are to be brought on dates given above for verifications.

·       Only parents will be given the forms. No forms can be taken outside the school premises.

·       No third parties will be entertained.

·       List of Short listed candidates for  Sibling/E.W.S/General Category/Alumini will be  displayed on Jan 9, 2012.

·       First Admission List will be displayed on 16th January.2012 at 0900 hrs.
